About Mike


Mike Collins is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition Coach and personal trainer. He graduated from the University of Florida and received his master's at the University of Miami (FL). He also holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.


Mike's training method focuses on the mind-to-muscle connection which directs you to think about actively engaging the target muscle as you engage in movement. His training style is intense but methodical which makes it easy for his clients to follow. When it comes to nutrition, he coaches his clients on personalized holistic nutrition which emphasizes the improvement of health by approaching each person as a unique individual.
