Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment or service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a full charge or the service.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, in the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., a service was not delivered as agreed upon), please contact us within 30 days to discuss the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a resolution at our discretion.
